    Canberra Spits & Party Hire have a strong reputation for being highly professional and savvy in all aspects of making your event run smoothly. Our staff take the stress out of events and make sure your event is successful!

    Our staff can assist in providing technical or managerial services in the following areas:

    • Event management 
    • Management of event equipment and logistics
    • AV Technicians (audio / video)
    • Lighting Technicians

    Our talented staff are equally at home helping out at a backyard party right up to all duties required at large events and festivals. We're here for you. 

    We can help you personally with technical and management services. We do not provide general wait staff and event labour, however, our good friends at TEMPlar can provide highly trained staff in this area, they can be contacted on 6257 0677.

    Please note this service is limited by what equipment you have. The service does not include any equipment, tools or consumables. It is staff only and is up to the customer to hire or provide the equipment for the event. You must also provide our staff with a run sheet detailing the jobs you require them to do and timing of when you would like each task completed.

    Please also note we can only work in a safe environment, our staff cannot risk injury under any circumstances.

    Our staffing is charged by the hour and MUST be pre-booked (please don't ask our delivery drivers to stay with no notice). Please note our staff must be booked for a minimum 3-hour shift. Additional charges apply for Sundays, Public Holidays and between 11pm - 6am.

    To book your staff, please enter the number of hours for all staff members combined in the quantity box below and enter the number of staff required in the "number of staff required" section below. Eg. If you need 3 staff members for 3 hours each, select 3 in the "number of staff required" section and 9 in the quantity box.
    On the day, your staff may be able to stay longer than booked if you need them to. You can negotiate this with your staff on the day, all extra hours must be paid for post-event.
